EA may incorporate story modes into other sports titles
Did you know that the upcoming Fight Night game is going to have a story mode? While we won’t be getting that game, it sounds like EA may be considering bringing that story mode element into some of their other sports games.
“A lot of other teams think we’re crazy for doing this. It’s not easy for an iterative, yearly sports title to do something like this because it takes more than a year to do. But yes there have been other teams that are looking at this idea for sure, as a way to refresh their sport as well. I wouldn’t be surprised, and hopefully we do, see it in other sports titles.” - EA Fight Night’s Mike Mahar
