Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 announcement set for next month, Treyarch already staffing for next CoD
Word on the street is that Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 is going to get its official announcement next month. The latest issue of PSM3 says that “the next in Activision’s megaton FPS series will be announced in mid-April. Based on the ending of MW2, we’d be surprised if the story doesn’t pick up with Soap and Price on the run, after they were set up by General Shepherd.” Whether that adventure lands on Wii, DS or 3DS remains to be seen.
Even if we do miss out on MW3, we can always look forward to the next Call of Duty! Treyarch has already posted up multiple job listings pertaining to the next entry in the Call of Duty series after Modern Warfare 3. You have to keep the war machine rolling!
