Dragon Quest's Sugiyama and his direct quote on Dragon Quest X
A few days back, we heard that Dragon Quest composer Koichi Sugiyama had mentioned that Dragon Quest X was on-track for a 2012 release. This information came from a lone gamer that attended a Dragon Quest concert that Sugiyama was at. Now we have some concrete info on just what Sugiyama said.
- “I’m currently making Dragon Quest X’s music with the aim of next year.”
- he’s working hard, as he’d like to finish it next year
- the ‘it’ he’s referring to may be related to the music or the game in general
Either way, it looks like the talk of Dragon Quest X in 2012 was spot-on. I hope fans can wait that long!
