Does a High-Powered Console Fit Nintendo's Strategy?

Some people seem to think that Nintendo going all-out on a high-powered system simply doesn’t make sense. I mean, when you look at the Wii, DS and 3DS, we can see that these platforms aren’t exactly powerhouses when it comes to graphical displays. Why on earth would Nintendo buck that trend with Project Cafe? It might have a little something to do with the trends and tastes of today’s gamers.
