Time Warner’s fiscal period runs alongside the calendar year. In the quarter ending March 31, it saw an overall year-on-year increase in revenue of six percent to $6.7 billion.
Warner Bros. Interactive falls into the filmed entertainment division, which posted a two percent decrease in revenue from Q1 2010, down to $2.6 billion. However, the report credited the dip to a full film release schedule in 2010, and noted an increase in video game revenue, thanks to Lego Star Wars III: the Clone Wars. No in-depth figures were given.
