Capcom has been pushing Mega Man Legends 3 quite hard. They’ve also made it very clear that the game might not see the light of day. It all has to do with how the public reacts to what Capcom’s doing with the title. They’re also going heavy on letting gamers give their input on the project in order to help develop it.
