Takahashi Meijin is no more, meet Toshiyuki Takahashi
Did you know that Master Higgins’ real name isn’t Takahashi Meijin. His real name is actually Toshiyuki Takahashi, and starting May 31st we’ll all have to call him that. That’s because Takahashi Meijin is actually a registered trademark of Hudson! Unless Konami/Hudson decide to let Takahashi keep his PR name, we’re going to lose Master Higgins as we’ve known him for all these years.
