Cube controllers not supported on Wii U

This one makes me a tad nervous, if only for the future of the Smash Bros. series. It has been confirmed that GameCube controllers will not be supported on Wii U. When it comes to Smash, I play using a Cube controller, as do many others. When Smash lands on Wii U, just what options will we have to play with? One person could use the Wii U controller, but what about the others? I’m not exactly excited to tackle Wii U’s Smash outing through Wiimote/Nunchuk controls, or a Classic controller.
