SAN FRANCISCO – June 15, 2011 – Today Ubisoft announced its Just Dance 2 video game was featured in Katy Perry’s new music video for “Last Friday Night” from her chart-topping Teenage Dream album. In the video Katy Perry’s alter-ego, Kathy Beth Terry, reprises the “nerdy” persona made famous when she hosted the 2010 Teen Choice Awards and plays the game with Rebecca Black other party goers. To view the official music video, please visit the Official Katy Perry Web site at www.katyperry.com.

“Including Just Dance 2 in my ‘Last Friday Night’ music video was so rad,” said Katy Perry. “Kathy Beth Terry and I are big fans of the game!”

Ubisoft expands its close ties to Katy Perry as its currently sponsoring Katy Perry’s North American California Dreams tour, included her hit song “Firework” in the best-selling Just Dance 2 game and Kathy Beth Terry herself was featured in a trailer that announced Just Dance 3 at E3 last week.

“We’re really excited Just Dance 2 was featured in Katy Perry’s ‘Last Friday Night’ music video,” said Tony Key, senior vice president of sales and marketing, Ubisoft. “Katy Perry music videos become instant pop culture events worldwide and for our game to be included is an honor and testament to the popularity and appeal of the Just Dance franchise.”

Just Dance 2 is rated E-10+ by the ESRB and currently available nationwide at the MSRP of $39.99 and Just Dance 3 is Rating Pending. For the latest information on Just Dance 2 and Just Dance 3 please “like” the game’s Facebook page: http://www.facebook.com/justdancegame.
