Don't worry, your Resident Evil 4: Wii Edition will not be censored

I saw this story last week, and I thought nothing of it. The Japanese version of RE 4: Wii Edition is censored from what we saw in the US version. The reason I didn’t think anything of it was because the Japanese Cube version was censored as well. I’ve been getting a lot of emails concerning these censorship issues. I’ve stated that the US version wouldn’t have any added censorship over the US Cube version. The gang at Siliconera went the extra step to get a confirmation that the US version will not be any more censored than the US Cube version was. Capcom stated that, “The previous versions of RE 4 had these minor differences as well (US vs Japan), so nothing has changed.”. There you go, now there’s officially no need to worry! Leon will be decapitated in all his glory on the Wii as well.
