Nintendo's Blue Ocean strategy gets analyzed
IDC (International Data Corporation) is the “premier global provider of market intelligence, advisory services, and events for the information technology, telecommunications, and consumer technology markets“, or so their website says. A group from IDC has taken the time to look over and analyze Nintendo’s Blue Ocean strategy, and they see it as a winner. IDC says they see the strategy as being successful in both attracting new users, and in profitability. To read the entire IDC report (in .PDF format), click the link below to download.
