As they do every week, Next-Gen has a report on what is going on in the land of the rising sun. The main story this week is the release of Super Mario Galaxy. There’s lots of gushing about how fantastic it is, with comparisons to Super Mario Bros. 3 popping up. There’s even a comment made saying that this game is the most fun you can have with a TV.

In the midst of the pure love for Galaxy, an interesting topic comes up. A lot of Japanese gamers complain about motion sickness. That’s why the first person genre isn’t popular over there. Galaxy sure has some vomit-inducing scenes from the trailers and footage we’ve seen. Will the Japanese public stay away due to the fear of praying to the porcelain god?
