*RUMOR* Bandai-Namco working on Time Crisis Wii?

It’s strange, a lot of noise has been going on recently concerning Bandai-Namco’s support of the Wii. I have seen many sites talking about the “new” support from Bandai-Namco, but this was info we knew about for a month or so now. The new bit of info comes via SPOnG, who states that there have been some rumblings on just what B-N is working on.

Back when Bandai-Namco were seperate, Namco had a huge arcade hit known as Time Crisis. A light gun shooter set on rails, but loaded with fast-paced gameplay. Time Crisis has spawned several sequels, and is a mainstay at any true arcade. I myself was just playing the latest Time Crisis while at Dave & Busters. The rumor is that B-N is working on another installment of the long running series, but this one is a Wii exclusive. The Wiimote makes perfect sense for another Time Crisis game, and I would be very surprised to hear that B-N hasn’t discussed the idea.

While this stays rumor for now, the possibility of a Time Crisis sequel heading to the Wii remains a pretty safe bet.
