Konami shows interest in WiiWare, revamped classics may be heading the Wii's way

Konami president Fumiaki Tanaka just dropped a bit of very exciting information. In the middle of a Metal Gear Solid interview, Mr. Tanaka started to talk about other plans for Konami. According to him, Konami will be remaking classic games, as well as revisiting franchises. Directly after this, Mr. Tanaka referenced WiiWare as one of the outlets that could benefit from this approach. So basically, Konami has opened up their entire vault of games for us to speculate on.
