Mario Kart Wii - a preview, and a review with disturbing news (bigtime gimps in multiplayer?)
Eurogamer has a review of the game, and has unleashed some startling info on the multiplayer. There have been some truly strange choices made…ones that I personally feel are huge. An excerpt from the review below…
…it’s only possible to play in red vs. blue team games; there’s no free-for-all, which to our mind runs contrary to the true spirit of Battle Mode, that of the gleefully ruthless fracas. We were also bitterly disappointed to discover that you can’t race through whole GP championships in multiplayer.
No free-for-all in Battle mode…are you serious? The sting of multiplayer GP championships hurts as well, but that Battle mode aspect has me extremely miffed.
