RUMOR - Firefox hack returns, shows evidence of future Wii demos and more?

Ah, rumors…don’t you love them!? Well actually, some of you love them and some of you hate them. If you are not into the rumor business, steer clear of this post!

Remember that Firefox hack that used to be all over the place back in the day? The one that Wii owners all over the world were using to see what goodies were going to be added to the VC? Well, someone was snooping around with it once again, and this time they say that they’ve found bits of code that may point to some future updates for the Wii Shop Channel. If this is to be believed, game demos, subscriptions and even rentals are on the way. With Nintendo’s pay-to-play feature being implemented in upcoming games, subscriptions aren’t too hard to believe. As for demos, Nintendo has said that there are no need for them. Rentals…that one I’m not even touching.
