Europe - Rock Band Wii hits on August 29th - UPDATE
Now, this is the news I was waiting for. Rock Band Wii has been given an official date in Europe, rather than just the ‘after the 360 version’ statement that was originally made. Euro Wii owners can look forward to August 29th, 2008 as the launch date for Rock Band. I had some hands-on time with the Wii version at Nintendo’s Media Summit, and I’ll be sure to provide my thoughts once the embargo breaks tomorrow morning, at 6:00 AM EST.
UPDATE - EA says that the date “isn’t confirmed, and is on the fact sheet in error”.
