Suda51/Sakurai working on a project?

Awhile back, we let you guys know that Suda51 and Sakurai were going to hold another event where they got together to ’shoot the you-know-what’, and the public could come to check it all out. A couple of our readers actually made their way to the event, and they bring back some interesting news.

According to both Famitsu and our reader Muku, it seems that Sakurai and Suda51 may be working on a project together…or at least have plans to do so. There were jokes about fake projects, but at one point, the pair stopped short of confirming an actual title they may be work on together. Unfortunately, that was all the news that slipped out.

The rest of the event was filled with witty banter, and a lot of Sakurai trying his had at some Virtual Console games. You can check out more pictures from the event here.
