Video games are Modern Day Myths

Wow, I never took the time out to think about this. We don’t really have any new myths today, do we? At least, not in the traditional sense. When you turn to the gaming world, there are all sorts of fantastic stories being told. While we know that all these stories are fictional, everything else about them really encompasses what a myth is. Take a look at the Zelda franchise, for example. Take out the video game aspects, tell the story, and you have a classic myth. Quite an interesting article, one that you should definitely take the time to read.
