Just what is Chrono Trigger DS' multiplayer mode?

Chrono Trigger is coming to the DS, but it will be largely unchanged from its Super Nintendo version. The one big difference is a multiplayer mode. Square-Enix has announced the mode, but they haven’t given any details as to what it is. The one thing we know is that there will definitely be two-player support. This could be a tiny aspect of the game, or could end up being a brand-new experience. Either way, we’ll have to wait for Square-Enix to spill the beans on this one.
