Parents let son drop out of school to hone Guitar Hero skills

How would you like staying home from school to play Guitar Hero? Sounds pretty sweet, doesn’t it? Well, this story is a bit more than that. One young man bugged his parents so much about Guitar Hero that they actually let him drop out of school. He now has an in-home tutor for education, but when he’s not busy learning the basics, he is strumming away on Guitar Hero. This kid has plans to become a Guitar Hero tournament champion…and his parents let him.

If/when I have kids, I will love them unconditionally. If they ever told me they wanted to drop out of school to practice for a future in Guitar Hero…I would chuckle, and push them onto the school bus.
