Wii won'��t save you

A little bit about Wii Fit, and how you can’t expect to drop 100 pounds by just hula-hooping for a few minutes a day. Wii Fit can be a great tool in helping you to shed some pounds, but you also have to help yourself out in other ways. Just because you used Wii Fit for a half hour, doesn’t mean that you can go out and eat an entire pizza. I mean, at least hula-hoop while you’re eating the pizza!
