Region coding - A answer from our Nintend rep
Once again our Nintendo rep Allison comes through with a bit of information concerning the Wii region coding debacle. The statement below is not from Allison, it is from Nintendo as a company.
“Despite conflicting reports, Wii will be region encoded, as will first-party software.”
That is what our rep sent us, and that is the answer I am going with. Hopefully that will put an end to the back and forth that has been going on. Huge thanks to Allison for all her help!
