Europe Europe Europe…I wish I knew the words to stop your tears. I know you work hard to show that you are gamers tried and true. I don’t know why companies keep delaying games for you. Trust me, all of us at GoNintendo know that you guys are just as much gamers as anyone else. Hell, just yesterday you showed us that you are the superior Nintendogs owners with over 4 million sold…and for that we applaud you. Hopefully numbers like these will get you more recognition.

Unfortunately, Konami has seen fit to delay two of their titles into 2007 for Europe. First up, the one that stings less. Lunar Knights has been pushed back into 2007, with no specific date given. Not really bad news at all actually. The only ones expecting this game to hit this year were the Japanese, who will be getting it this November.

Next up, the more painful fall. Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin has also been pushed back to an undisclosed date in 2007. I am still not sure I believe the GameStop placeholder dates for the US, which say December 5th, 2006. We keep hearing a back and forth when it comes to the US launch, some saying 2006, some saying 2007. I have this to say. I will glady join our European counterparts if the US version is pushed back to 2007. It’s time for us US gamers to side with our European brethren! Enough is enough, Eurogamers are people too! Thanks to Yannzoo for the heads up.
