Konami makes takes the Dance Dance Revolution name worldwide
We all know what Dance Dance Revolution is. Did you happen to know that some places in Europe don’t know DDR as DDR? The series of games was actually called Dancing Stage. While the Dancing Stage name was dropped in some territories, Konami has now stated that the Dancing Stage name will be dropped completely in Europe. From here on out, all titles in the franchise will go with the name that we are used to, Dance Dance Revolution. I think it’s a good move…DDR is a bit more catchy!
