Tales of Symphonia manga heading to France
I am not the most up-to-date person when it comes to Tales of Symphonia, but I think that North America is yet to see the release of the ToS manga. While we wait for it to show up, France will definitely be receiving a translation. The first volume is due in France on March 12th.
