Nintendo set to sell 50 millionth Wii
We actually told you this was going to happen, but the original source was that of VGChartz. It turns out that the gang was spot on with their prediction. Nikkei has predicted that Nintendo will hit their 50 millionth Wii sold this month. The big milestone being broken here is one that the PS2 holds. If the Wii does indeed sell 50 million units this month, it will have achieved this goal faster than the PS2 did.
