Take-home: The toughest part of DS development is the curse of creeping expectations. “Creating a console-sized amount of volume on the DS is difficult. It requires a trail-and-error programming process to work around the system’s limits and figure out an interface that works with the small screen. The limits placed on us have really taught us a lot, and I want to use the knowledge in the next project.”
