Wow, this is ridiculously interesting. I find it amazing that this stuff has taken so long to turn up.
Would you like to know some of the many proposed ideas for Sonic’s origins and backstory? Way back in the day, Sega of America was working on multiple stories that showed just where Sonic came from, and how he learned all of his trademark abilities. At the link below, you can see a ton of images/information from the original ‘Sonic Bible’ that Sega of America put together.
