How much do game composers make?
Variety wanted to find out that answer, so they sat down with 4 composers to see what their time was worth. Garry Schyman, Wataru Hokoyama, Jason Graves and Inon Zur were all involved in the interview, and we learn that composers earn roughly $1000-$2500 per minute of music featured in a game. I’ll let you do the math on that one, and then pick up your jaw from the floor.
