Alabama bill aims to stop predators from attacking children through game consoles
Alabama Governor Bob Riley is looking into legislation that will outlaw the use of electronic devices in order to lure in children. This includes all sorts of devices, including game consoles.
The bill outlaws many new ways that predators try to solicit minors… predators can be prosecuted for luring text messages from cell phones, PDA’s and even video game systems… - WAFF-48
It would be great to see that kind of stuff monitored. It might be a hard bill to enforce, but it’s an important one to work with.
