Pokémon Scarlet/Violet Gyarados distribution announced (UPDATE)

Pokémon Co. has released a steady stream of content updates and distributions for Pokémon Scarlet and Violet since they first launched, and that cadence continues today with the announcement of yet another drop for fans.

Pokémon Co. has announced that Pokémon Scarlet & Violet fans can soon grab a Gyarados, but this isn’t any old Gyarados. This happens to be a Gyarados based on one used by one of the high-ranking Singaporean players at the Pokémon World Championships.

This Gyarados will be distributed via code sometime between May 12th and 18th, 2024, lining up with the Pokémon Championships in Asia. When the code is available and more details on the Pokémon are shared, we’ll bring you the breakdown.

UPDATE: This distribution is now live. Fire up Pokémon Scarlet/Violet and use the code “GYARAD0S2023SG” to get a Gyarados based on one used by one of the high-ranking Singaporean players at the Pokémon World Championships. You have until June 30th, 2024 to activate this code.
