UPDATE - There are conflicting reports, with creative director Jeremiah Slaczka saying there were layoffs, but no full studio closure.

5th Cell was best known for creating the multi-million selling franchise, Scribblenauts. We wish the best of luck to everyone impacted by the closure. Thanks to KrazyKernal and T27Duck for the heads up.
