Nintendo gets 3DS patent royalties ruling overturned in their favor

Nintendo always says they'll fight any court battle as long as it takes to turn things in their favor. This one has been going on for quite some time, but it looks like Nintendo got a ruling in their favor yet again. I think it's clear Nintendo puts a lot of effort into making sure they never step on any toes with anything they do, and if its ruled that they've infringed on any patents, Nintendo will fight that ruling until their last breath!
