According to the latest issue of Famitsu, Etrian Odyssey V: The End of the Long Myth is confirmed to be receiving DLC. On August 4th, the following DLC shall becoming available in Japan:
New Adventurer 1 (¥300) – Allows you to choose a "School Uniformed Boy" costume during character creation.
New Adventurer 2 (¥300) – Allows you to choose a "School Uniformed Girl" costume during character creation.
New Adventurer 3 (¥300) – Allows you to choose a “Sweater Wearing Girl” costume during character creation.
New Adventurer 4 (¥300) – Allows you to choose choose an Etrian Odyssey I Paladin Illustration during character creation.
New Adventurer 5 (¥300) – Allows you to choose an Etrian Odyssey I Medic Illustration during character creation.
Adventurer Training Plan (¥300) – Allows you to take on the “Adventurer Training Plan” quest at the bar. You'll also get a lot of experience points for clearing the quest, as you'll also obtain an accessory that multiplies your acquired experience.
Adventurer Good Luck Plan (¥300) – Allows you to take on the “Adventurer Good Luck Plan” quest at the bar. You'll also get a lot of gold for clearing the quest, as you'll also obtain an accessory that makes the availability rate of materials without drop conditions of enemies 100%.
Two more bits of DLC have been slated for the future, but their release dates are currently unknown. They are simply known as "FM Sound Source Addition" (which will be ¥800) and "New Adventurer 6" (price to be announced).
