Pokemon GO helping to bring new customers, more revenue to shops/retailers

Multiple retailers and businesses are jumping on the Pokemon GO bandwagon to lure in new customers. One such example is L’inizio’s Pizza Bar in Queens, NY. Due to Pokemon GO activity, food and drink sales spiked by about 30 percent compared with a typical weekend. The owner of the bar spent roughly $10 on "Lure Modules" to bring Pokemon to his location, and with that, consumers came to catch Pokemon and enjoy some grub.
