Junichi Masuda can't answer your Pokémon GO questions

Pokemon's Junichi Masuda is seeing his personal blog bombarded with all sorts of Pokémon GO questions. People are looking for Masuda to answer all sorts of technical questions about Pokémon GO. The thing is, Masuda doesn't have the answers to these questions, as they should be directed to Niantic. The situation has gotten so out of hand that Masuda addressed it in a blog post.

“After talking this over with various individuals, I’m temporarily suspending the comments section. Since Niantic, Inc. is the developer and administrator of Pokémon Go, I’m sorry to trouble everyone, but, in regards to support information, please check the help site that Niantic is overseeing.”

In other words, take your Pokémon GO questions elsewhere! Masuda has his focus on Pokémon Sun/Moon right now. I'm sure you'll be able to toss your questions about that game to him very soon.
