If you head over to Amazon, you'll see that they currently don't have anymore copies of the The Legend of Zelda: Art & Artifacts Limited Edition. You can go with third party resellers, but that's going to cost you a bit more. If you can manage waiting a tiny bit, Amazon has said they expect another round of stock on the 24th of February. You can grab your backorder now and have it ship out as soon as stock comes in.
