Word is spreading today that the Switch is melting microSD cards. We're sure to see this story spread around the net, but there's an important distinction to make here. The issue is with the card itself, and not the Switch. It seems the card is from a bad batch released, or it's actually a knock-off microSD card. Either way, this is not an issue with the Switch itself, as the same problem with these cards has surfaced in other devices.
