Kirby Super Star's development has ties back to the Famicom
Well here's something really interesting. Kirby Super Star, which came out on the SNES in 1996, actually has some development ties that go back to the Famicom! The devs were doing test animations for what would eventually become the character model in Kirby Super Star. You can check out more of the sprite sheets here.
