■ Mysterious Smithing

Through “Mysterious Smithing,” you can create equipment with your own hands. You can create powerful equipment yourself, or strengthen the equipment you already possess.

—First, obtain recipes and materials! You can find recipes in locations such as bookshelves, and materials in the fields and such of each area.
—At camp, use the “Mysterious Smithing” set to begin smithing!
—Complete the smithing process to get your new equipment!

Use “Restrike Gems” to Strengthen the Equipment You Already Possess

If you’re successful in creating equipment, you can obtain “Restrike Gems.” Since your equipment won’t disappear even if you fail to upgrade it, you can freely try to reforge it.

—If you successfully reforge your equipment, it will become stronger.
—If you get a “reform reaction” (the text at the bottom of the screen), you’ll get closer to a successful upgrade.
