Well, there's a few ways of looking at this. HORI could be releasing this to support Dragon Quest X on Switch. That game uses a keyboard. You could also look at it as some sort of indicator from HORI that, at the very least, a browser is coming. It's all just speculation for now! Thanks to NintenDaan for the heads up!
