Splatoon 2 makes reference to the Adidas’ Yeezy Boost 750

I don't know anything about sneakers. I don't know anything about fashion in general, so this little reference would have been lost on me. Thankfully, others out there are very up on the sneaker world. As people have pointed out, the sneakers in Splatoon 2 you see above are a direct reference to the real-life Adidas’ Yeezy Boost 750. Just as they are in-game, the Adidas’ Yeezy Boost 750 are pretty damn expensive. I guess someone over at Nintendo is a big fan of the Yeezy line!
