GN Version 5.0

Coming from an IGN Brazil article (Google translated)...

In an official statement, Nintendo announced on Tuesday the launch of the trial period of the online service of the Nintendo Switch in Brazil, now available to all players. The tool, which also includes the application for smartphones, will remain free until 2018, as it already happens in other regions.

Before the news, users who owned a Brazilian account of the Nintendo Switch could not take advantage of the online modes of games like Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, Splatoon 2 and Arms. Now, national registries also allow sharing of images on social networks and access to parental control applications. It is worth noting, however, that the eShop is still unavailable to Brazilian players.
