Team17 will exhibit six playable games at this year's EGX with Worms W.M.D on Nintendo Switch making its worldwide playable debut and three titles making their exclusive UK hands-on debuts.

Playable for the first time in the world, Worms W.M.D on the Nintendo Switch gives players the full Worms W.M.D experience whether at home or on the go. The game includes support for single Joy-Con play, local wireless multiplayer as well as local and online multiplayer.

Genesis: Alpha One is a stunning new sci-fi game powered by Unreal Engine 4 and combining a unique mix of roguelike, FPS, base building and survival elements. EGX visitors will be the first to get hands-on with the game in the UK.

Also making its UK playable debut on Nintendo Switch, quirky platformer Yoku’s Island Express blends pinball mechanics and open world exploration. Flip and bump the pint-sized protagonist, Yoku the Dung Beetle, around the stunning hand-painted island on your quest to rebuild the post-office, discover the mystery of the Fruit Altar, and wake an old god from its deep slumber.

Playable on PC, tactical RPG Sword Legacy: Omen sets players on a thrilling journey, in search of the long-lost sword, Excalibur. Explore rich environments, live a riveting storyline, and survive intense turn-based combat in the veins of classic games, such as Final Fantasy Tactics and X-COM.

Elsewhere on the Team17 stand, visitors will have the opportunity to win prizes by playing The Escapists 2 on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One and Overcooked: Special Edition on Nintendo Switch. Plus there's the return of an old favourite, the giant Team17 Worm!
