Nintendo acquires Monolith Soft

Bandai Namco has sold most of it’s stock in developer Monolith Soft to Nintendo. Bandai Namco will still retain a bit of stock, but Nintendo now holds around 80%. Monolith Soft has already been working with Nintendo on Disaster: Day of Crisis. You can see a list of Monolith Soft’s work below (taken from Wiki).
