Ghost Trick: Phantom Detective runs on the RE Engine
From zombies to ghosts
As reported earlier Ghost Trick: Phantom Detective has a demo live now on the eShop and players of the demo have noticed that apparently this remake of the DS hidden gem was created in Capcom’s RE Engine.
If you’re not in the know, the RE Engine was created by Capcom to produce the jaw-droppingly beautiful graphics of recent Resident Evil titles. The fact that it was used for a relatively lower production game like Ghost Trick highlights the engine’s flexibility as well as it’s power.
Ghost Trick: Phantom Detective releases on June 30th, 2023 a demo is available right now on Nintendo eShop.
