Yoda back bling removed from Fortnite due to game-breaking glitch

Fortnite is currently celebrating all things Star Wars in honor of May the 4th, and the festivities included all sorts of new customization options. Among them was a delightful Yoda back bling, but sadly that customization has since been removed due to a game-breaking bug.
The problem with the Yoda back bling is actually tied to do the “Zoidberg Scuttle” emote. It appears doing that emote with the Yoda back bling on causes Yoda’s model to go all kinds of crazy, so much so that it boots you from Fortnite and crashes the game altogether.
Epic has since announced that they’ve removed the Yoda back bling and a few other Star Wars items while they investigate the issue. There’s no doubt the back bling and all other Star Wars goodies will be back soon, as a patch is being worked on this very moment. When that patch goes live, we’ll be sure to let you know.
