RUMOR: Mortal Kombat 1's next round of DLC characters includes Conan the Barbarian, the T-1000 and more

Let’s start off with the facts. We know that there’s more DLC in the works for Mortal Kombat 1, and that includes some fresh characters. What we don’t know is who’s in the works, but that’s where the rumors come into play.

Dataminers have apparently discovered some information that points to another six characters in the works for Mortal Kombat 1. We’ve seen datamines pan out for Mortal Kombat 1 in the past, but there were some other tidbits that never came to be. In other words, temper your expectations and remember we’re working with rumors at this point.

Here’s the list of characters dataminers have found referenced in the game’s code:

• Conan the Barbarian
• Cyrax
• Ghostface
• Noob Saibot
• Sektor
• T-1000

Ghostface has been brought up multiple times as a potential DLC character for Mortal Kombat 1, and now we have one more bit of evidence as to the collab coming true. If anything, it’s the discovery of Ghostface that adds a bit more legitimacy to the rest of the list. That said, we’ll keep our eyes peeled for an official announcement of what’s next for MK1.
