Gish creator says that latest project, Aether, may come to Wii

“We are currently developing the full version and hope to release it on pc and Wii next year. We developed the game with Wii in mind and our goal is to get it on WiiWare as soon as we have it done.” - Edmund McMillen, creator of Gish

If you have been with GoNintendo for a long time, you know that I am a big fan of Gish. That’s why I was so excited to hear that McMillen was working on another project. Now we actually have a chance of Aether coming to WiiWare. Could there be any better news?!

I’ve had the pleasure of playing Aether, and it’s been sucking up my freetime…the precious little I get while at the PC! If you don’t know what Aether is all about, I suggest you follow the link below to play the game. Warning…there is a downloadable version as well, and if you choose that one, you will definitely become addicted to the game!

It’s like an arty, philosophical…Bionic Commando…with gravity and physics! Feel free to use that blurb, McMillen!
